Les orthodoxes ont la même foi eucharistique que les catholiques.
Les grandes prières eucharistiques de Saint Basile ou Saint Jean Chrysostome (Pères d’Orient du 4°s) sont parmi les plus belles.
La liturgie orthodoxe se veut« céleste », en lien avec le cœur des anges et des saints.
Cela s’exprime par la beauté des chants; par l’iconostase (mur d’Icônes séparant les fidèles de l’autel, dont on ferme la porte au moment de la consécration) ; par certains rites, comme celui (Grec) qui consiste a tremper des parcelles de pain (symbolisant les vivants et les morts pour qui I’ on veut prier) dans le vin cons acre (le sang de l’agneau qui transfigure toute vie).
Aujourd’hui, les catholiques peuvent communier chez les orthodoxes dans leurs régions ou il n’y pas de messe catholique et réciproquement.
LA SAINTE LITURGIE ( ou Messe chez les Catholiques)
Le mystère de la très Sainte Eucharistie institué par le Grand Prêtre, Jésus-Christ, et renouvelée sans cesse selon sa volonté, par le ministère de ses prêtres est comme la somme et le centre de la religion chrétienne, le sommet de la liturgie.
PARTICIPANT DES FIDÈLES A LA SAINTE LITURGIE
Il est nécessaire que tous les fidèles considèrent de leur devoir et suprême dignité, de participer au Sacrifice Eucharistique, non d’une assistance passive, négligente et distraite, mais ardente et pleine de ferveur pour être en contact intime avec le Grand Prêtre, Jésus-Christ, offrant avec Lui et par Lui et sanctifiant avec Lui. » Ayez en vous les mêmes sentiments qui furent en Jésus-Christ », disait l’Apôtre.
Ainsi, les fidèles ne se contentent pas de participer au Sacrifice Eucharistique dans l’intention générale qui convient aux membres du Christ et fils de l’Eglise ; mais ils s’unissent librement et intimement au Prêtre éternel et à son ministère sur terre (le prêtre célébrant) selon l’esprit de la Liturgie Sacrée.
Ils s’unissent au Christ, de toute leur âme, à la Consécration de la Sainte Eucharistie ( Sainte Hostie chez les catholiques) qu’ils offrent avec Lui au momento sublime où célébrant dit ces paroles ;
Chez les orthodoxes dit ;
» Ce qui est à toi, et qui vient de toi, nous te l’offrons en tout et pour tout. »
Chez les catholiques dit ;
» Par Lui, avec Lui et en Lui, que tout honneur et toute Gloire soient rendus à vous, Dieu le Père tout-puissant, en l’unité du Saint-Esprit, dans les siècles des siècles. »
Que les chrétiens n’oublient pas de s’offrir avec le Divin Crucifié, leurs misères, leurs angoisses, leurs souffrances et leurs besoins.
HOLY LITURGY (or Mass among Catholics)

PARTICIPATING FAITHFUL IN HOLY LITURGY

« What is yours, and which comes from you, we offer it to you in everything and for everything. »
In Catholics said;
Through Him, with Him and in Him, may all honor and glory be given to you, God Almighty Father, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, for ever and ever. »
Christians should not forget to offer themselves with the Divine Crucified, their miseries, their anxieties, their sufferings and their needs.
SANTA LITURGIA (o messa tra cattolici)
Il mistero della Santissima Eucaristia istituita dal Sommo Sacerdote, Gesù Cristo, e costantemente rinnovato secondo la sua volontà, da parte del ministero dei suoi sacerdoti è come la somma e il centro della religione cristiana, il vertice della liturgia.
FEDELI PARTECIPANTI ALLA LITURGIA SACRA

All’ortodosso dice;
« Ciò che è tuo, e che viene da te, te lo offriamo in tutto e per tutto. »
In cattolici ha detto;

Así, los fieles no se contentan con participar en el Sacrificio Eucarístico en la intención general que conviene a los miembros de Cristo e hijo de la Iglesia; pero se unen libre e íntimamente con el sacerdote eterno y su ministerio en la tierra (el sacerdote celebra) de acuerdo con el espíritu de la Sagrada Liturgia.
Se unen a Cristo, con todas sus almas, a la Consagración de la Sagrada Eucaristía (Hostia santa entre los católicos) que ofrecen con Él en el momento sublime al celebrar dichas palabras;
En el ortodoxo dice;
« Lo que es tuyo y lo que viene de ti, te lo ofrecemos en todo y para todo. »
En católicos dijo;
A través de Él, con Él y en Él, que todo el honor y la gloria te sean dados, Dios Padre Todopoderoso, en la unidad del Espíritu Santo, por los siglos de los siglos. »
Los cristianos no deben olvidar ofrecerse con el Crucificado Divino, sus miserias, sus ansiedades, sus sufrimientos y sus necesidades.
